Shipping
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping is currently FREE (ANYWHERE ON THE PLANET) for all orders over $75 USD. All items are shipped to the USA via USPS and internationally via Hong Kong Post International Tracked Economy shipping. You may track your order, using your tracking number, on 17track.com.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
It depends a little on where in the world you live! Generally, items will arrive within 3-4 weeks in the USA, Western Europe, Australia, and New Zealand; or 3-10 weeks to the rest of the world, depending on the speed of local postal services. Please note that COVID delays are causing issues, globally, and may cause your items to arrive a little later than expected.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
You can choose for either Standard Shipping, which is $6.95 per order if your order total is less than $75, or free if your order total is more than $75; or FedEx Priority Shipping, which is $35 per order. Standard shipping is shipped with USPS First Class in the United States, or Hong Kong Post internationally and delivered by your local post office (ie, Royal Mail in the UK, etc), and usually takes around 3-4 weeks on average to most Western countries, but can take up to 10 weeks depending on your local postal services and any customs or border checks upon entering your country. FedEx Priority Shipping takes 2-6 working days (after the 1-2 week production time), and cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes as a signature is required for delivery.
What Is My Tracking Number?
Your shipping notification email will have your tracking number in it! If you didn’t get that email, or you can’t find it, don’t hesitate to ask – we’ll be happy to look it up for you.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
The most accurate way is to take measurements and write down your chest (just under your armpits), your waist (just above your belly button, or the height you like to wear your skirts), and your hips, and then compare those to our size charts. Please do not just order the size you normally are, as ours might differ!

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept any credit or debit card directly and securely on our website, as well as Paypal.
Can I cancel my order?
No, sorry. Due to the custom made-to-order nature of our products, we can’t cancel orders or issue refunds. However, exchanges are not a problem if the size you ordered isn’t right for you, or if you’d prefer to swap for another print or style. Just contact us with your order number and we’ll get it sorted right away.
Does it cost anything to exchange an order?
As a buyer, you only pay the return postage, to return the original item to our returns address in Florida, United States. For most US customers, this will cost around $4 via USPS First Class. We then pay the postage costs for your new item to be shipped to you. Please note that an exchange will take the same amount of time to reach you as the original order, usually around 3-4 weeks.
