Shipping & Exchanges

Delivery Times

Taking into account both the production and shipping time (please see below), most orders are delivered to you within 4 weeks (with USPS or Tracked Economy Airmail). If you need your items by a certain date, we recommend ordering 6-8 weeks in advance, or choosing FedEx Priority Shipping (takes about 2 weeks).

 

Production

The Artist Landing is a print-on-demand company which means we start creating your item when you place your order! Each item is printed and sewn individually by professional seamstresses and printer operators. The production process normally takes around 3-5 working days, but may take longer due to high demand.

 

Shipping

Here are some of the most common tracking sites:

Please note: in some countries, the local tracking is excellent and shows estimated delivery dates and many details (such as USPS). In other countries, it only registers that a parcel has entered the country, nothing more (looking at you, Canada Post!). Unfortunately, this is out of our control, and up to the individual countries’ handling of international parcels.

For FedEx, the tracking number will work as soon as you receive it, and can be tracked on the FedEx website.

 

Exchanges

Please note that due to the custom, made-to-order nature of these products, all sales are final. We are not able to accommodate cancellations or refunds; we are able to accept exchanges on most sized items within 14 days of receiving your item. NOTE: All MASKS, GAITERS, NON SIZED ITEMS,  and SWIMSUITS are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. For clothing, please ensure you check your body measurements carefully against our size charts prior to ordering to find your size. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions prior to purchasing. We are happy to assist!

If you are not happy with the size of your item, please contact us to request an exchange. Items must be in a new and unworn condition for exchange. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs (to Florida, USA) but we will pay for the postage costs of your exchange. You may exchange your item for another size, print, or other item from the same Artist or you originally purchased from (if the new item/order is of a higher value than your original purchase we may send you a Paypal invoice for the cost difference). Please note that an exchange order will take roughly the same amount of time to reach you as your original order as it too will be custom ordered just for you.

 

 

 

We offer worldwide shipping at the same rate no matter where you live! How awesome is that?? You may choose for USPS/Tracked Economy Airmail ($6.95 if your order total is less than $75 or free if your order total is more than $75); or FedEx Priority Shipping (additional $35 per order). Tracked Economy Airmail is shipped by Hong Kong Post and delivered by your local post office and usually takes around 4 weeks to most Western countries (can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on your local postal service and any customs or border checks upon entering your country). FedEx Priority Shipping takes 2-6 working days and cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes as a signature is required for delivery.

Tracking

All items ship with a tracking number. For Tracked Economy Shipping, this is pre-generated so it may take up to a week after you get your tracking number, before it starts working. You can use 17track.com to track your parcel before it arrives in your own country, and your local postal website once it has entered your country.
